All new joinery comes with a 10 year guarantee whilst also being insured with the Consumer Protection Agency.
All restoration works comes with a 5 year guarantee.
Majority of our work consists of maintaining the original window with added double glazed individual units installed. We also offer bespoke hardwood double glazed units and only replace the moving parts of the window whilst retaining your original frame, thus leaving less disturbance to your home.
Due to the majority of our work residing in the restoration of period windows we have partnered with our local joinery to fulfil the manufacturing of our bespoke units. Please get in contact if you would like to arrange a visit.
Our lead times vary depending on the complexity of your project in regards to restoration. New joinery will have a lead time of around 8 -10 weeks and should you only need draught proofing or hardwood sill replacements we can generally be alot more reactive.
